Steps to complete Booking:

  1. Read the information and booking conditions.
  2. If you need time to sort out availability of flights etc. we are normally able to hold a space for you for a few days. Feel free to contact us for any queries you may have.
  3. Complete and send the booking form or print it out and fax it to +39 0583 730 324.
  4. We will give confirm availability and total cost of the tour, with instructions for payment of deposit to reserve your tour.
  5. Send a deposit.
  6. When we receive your deposit, we will send confirmation of booking.
  7. Full payment must be received 8 weeks before start of tour.
  8. We will contact you a few days before the start of the tour with any last instructions, etc.
