Booking Conditions - Tour of Tuscany and Lerici

1. Accommodation is in a double bedroom. The bedrooms are available from 15.00 on the Sunday you arrive to 10.00 on the Sunday you depart.
2. To book your tour, you must send us a signed completed booking form and a deposit of € 200,00 per person participating in the tour. If you do not pay the full balance of the tour within 8 weeks of departure, your booking will be terminated and you will lose your deposit.
3. If you cancel your booking after full payment and
   1. before 8 weeks of start of tour: full refund less your deposit
   2. before 6 weeks of start of tour: 60% refund of the total cost
   3. before 4 weeks of start of tour: 40% refund of the total cost
   4. before 2 weeks of start of tour: 30% refund of the total cost
   5. during the last 2 weeks before start of tour: 20% refund of the total cost
